Jaguar South Africa approached HFX Systems as the Southern Africa Distributor of Bowers & Wilkins product to partner with them for the launch of the all new Jaguar XF model to the South African motoring journalists and selected clients including the celebrity Jaguar Ambassadors. It was a week long launch that included some audio & visual elements provided by HFX Systems. We were privileged to work with the very professional Jaguar marketing department that had the launch run like clockwork. |

Each day consisted of the team starting at 05h30, collecting guests flying in across Gauteng and delivering them to Lanseria. A early morning session familiarised them with the latest changes and innovations on the new models followed by the first driving session for the day. A teatime stop at De Hoek had them attending more presentations incl. some classroom and actual in-car time on the Bowers & Wilkins sound system options for the various models. After lunch the group departed for a afternoon drive session in the mountainous surroundings of the Magalies Meander. Early evening arrival at Mount Grace gave them time to freshen up and sit down for a elegant meal to be concluded in the lounge where a full blown Bowers & Wilkins 800 series surround system powered by a Reference Classé Audio system provided entertainment into the early hours of the morning. Truly the way to finish a spectacular day behind the wheel of the leaping Cat. All in All a wonderful 5 days, packed with excitement and activities. Hats of to the Jaguar team on a stunning launch; it was a pleasure for HFX Systems and Bowers & Wilkins to be a part of this. |
