Brief: - The mobile centre is split into three sections. There is a boardroom, data management room, and an outside press area. Each area has a display for either video or XGA, with picture-in-picture combination options. - The control interface needs to be visual based to allow any person to operate the system without any prior system training. - It is necessary for the either the person in charge of the meeting, or the data management room, to send the required audio /visual information to either section of the command centre, or to the press area on the outside of the control vehicle with a few button presses.   The audio / visual information can comprise any of the following: -          Live CCTV feeds from camera’s on the perimeter of the vehicle -          CCTV DVR interface and control -          Wireless microphone feeds -          6 XGA resolution PC feeds from 4 workstations and two servers with audio -          DSTV -          DVD -          Two-way radio and telephone system audio feeds
